3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Chicken pieces toward top of container were 48 degrees F. The pieces on the bottom were 41 or below. The chicken was piled too high in the container and the lid in front of the chicken for the make line was missing. CDI - Employee removed chicken on top so that it was not piled higher than the line on the container.
