Construction materials and equipment should be removed from the rear base of the school building exterior. This construction material and equipment should be kept in a closed utility building to prevent possible accidents with children playing in the area. Remove dead tree limb present above swing on the playground. The tree limb is rotting and could fall onto the swing beneath. Repairs for safety to remove the dead tree limb are needed A.S.A.P. Brace and secure loose support posts on playground climbing and play structure. Replace rotting and chipping floorboards, railings, and support beams on this same playground structure. Priority repairs for safety are required on this play structure to prevent possible student injuries. A covering is needed over the above grade sewer cleanout pipe on the playground to prevent trip and fall hazards.

Initial sanitation inspection of new school facility. The Madinah Quran Academy at the prior school facility location of Lenoir Street in Raleigh has closed and has relocated to this Ridge Road of Raleigh address.
