General Comments
There is a large dead tree adjacent to the driveway entrance. This dead tree should be removed for safety purposes due to the possibility of collapse and due to the possibility of tree limbs falling on the driveway entrance.
Cleaning chemicals including Clorox Wipes and Lysol aerosol spray cans must be stored in areas that are only accessible to staff in both student bathrooms and classrooms. Cleaning chemicals must be stored in closed or locked cabinets, closets, or stockrooms only available to staff.

Keep entrance to the art class kiln room clear for emergency access.

Classroom supplies and equipment were stored in activity room bathrooms and art room class bathroom. Bathrooms are not clean storage locations and class supplies and equipment stored in student bathrooms is an impediment to repair and cleaning of fixtures. If an activity room bathroom is being converted into a storage closet the toilet will have to be removed and the floor drain for the toilet will have to be capped over.

General Comments
Repair chipped and splintered wood support column for pull up bar on playground. Recommend cabinets for supplies stored by hand wash sinks across from bathroom closets in lower elementary classroom wing.
Class supplies including books were stored in student restrooms. Bathrooms are not clean storage locations and class supplies stored in restrooms are an impediment to cleaning and to repair of fixtures.
Some handwashing sinks with metered flow turn off too quickly. Handsinks observed stopping water flow at six and seven seconds (when handwashing signs specify handwashing shall last 20 seconds). Repair or replace as needed.
Storage of crates and bins full of art supplies on floor in closets...These classrooms switch over to an afterschool program that falls under the daycare rules....Cleaning is occurring..No evidence of not cleaning around or under crates...Rule states that all storage in closets must be at least 15 inches above the floor...Organize closets and place supplies at least 15 inches above floors.
