Corrected during inspection line items that were not at proper hot holding temp. were pulled from line and reheated to a temp. of 165 degrees F. before replacing to line. Out of temp. pizzas on tray in hot box were discarded. All other items in hot holding box were at correct temperature. Do not stack trays of hot food near vent fan at top of hot box where pizza tray was located. Keep hot holding box on warmer setting.
