The fan in the pump room is tied to the switch by the door and could be turned off with the switch, the exhaust fan must run 24/7 and cannot be turned off with a switch. CPO was able to temporarily disable the switch, he is planning on removing the switch and placing a blank over the wiring or installing a switch guard. The switch guard in the chemical room is positioned so that the switch can still be turned off, CPO moved guard during inspection so that switch could not be turned off but a new guard may be needed.
