GENERAL COMMENT: The pool rules sign initially said (persons under the age of 14 should not use the pool without adult supervision). During the inspection, (persons under the age of 14) was replaced with the word (children) to meet the exact requirements.

Seasonal pool permit issued for 2017. Permit expires on October 31, 2017. Pool is permitted for daylight use only. No night time swimming is allowed. Recommend posting a sign on permanently locked pool gate that states it is not an entrance.
There are some foot holds that make the latch less than 54 inches. Raise the latch so it is at least 54 inches above the food hold and call me within 10 days so I can make sure it is done correctly.
