One of the equipment room water pipe cut-off valves is in unlocked cabinet/bench on pool deck. This valve must be secured inaccessible to the pool users. This was required during initial permitting. Lock has been removed.
At start of inspection, chlorine level was 0.5 ppm. Operator corrected violation during the inspection.
