Reattach loose fence mesh and loose fence support post top beam. This is on the fence adjacent to the top of the retention wall at the outside class garden and activity space. Priority repairs for safety are needed due to the steep drop off from the top edge of the retention wall. The outside activity class area is overgrown and in need of trimming and mowing. The gardening area mulch pile at the exterior building wall should be removed from premises to prevent an area of pest harborage that could attract pests into the building.

All meals prepared for students must be prepared and served from a facility that is permitted and inspected by Wake County Environmental Services or other county health dept. The kitchen in the adjacent Hope Community Church building is not a permitted facility. Meals served to students from this facility must cease immediately. Contact Wake County Env. Services Plan Review Division to have the church kitchen reviewed to see if it meets facility requirements to obtain a food service permit. If meal items are also being prepared and served out of the kitchen in school building then this facility will also have to meet the same permit and inspection requirements. Meals provided to students in the interim must come individually prepackaged from a facility with a food service permit. Store all cleaning chemical products and aerosol cans in areas not accessible to students. Ex: In closed or locked cabinets, closets, and store rooms. Do not store toys or classroom supplies in class bathrooms.
