Repair loose water fountain on sink in classroom #218. The braces that secures the climbing coils in a fixed position on the K-1 and 4-5 playground structures are broken. This poses safety concerns due to exposed areas of sharp metal on the broken base as well as a potential for pinch hazards at the break. Priority repairs for safety are necessary. Two of the support posts on the elevated swing steps on the K-1 playground structure have become detached from their embedded ground anchors. This poses safety hazards to children playing on these steps. Recommend that this play structure not be used by students until repairs have been completed and the structure is verified to be safe for use again by repair staff. Two sewer cleanout pipes on school grounds are missing cover seals. One of the clean out pipes is located in the courtyard lawn adjacent to the K-1 playground and the other is behind modular building #1. These uncovered pipes poses potential trip and fall hazards if not repaired. The potential for clogged sewage lines and sewage gas odors is also likely if the sewage cleanout pipes are not capped. Please repair.
