The ceiling leak in the boys bathroom #R814-2A is in the light fixture. Ceiling leaks are also present in the following school building locations : in the 2500 hall at the main stairs and room # 2617, in the 600 hallway by room #628, in the 500 hall by room #502, and in the art class stock room #611A. The sources of these leaks should be repaired and the water damaged ceiling tiles replaced. Mold growth was present on the ceiling of boys bathroom #505. This ceiling should be cleaned of the mold residue and the source of the moisture causing the mold growth should be addressed. A mold resistant paint might be needed in this location. Replace missing plumbing access wall cover panel in the modular building girls bathroom #R814-3A rear toilet stall. A hole is present in the wall in this location without the cover panel. Replace missing covers for recessed electrical plug outlets on the media center floor. Five floor outlets plug covers are missing. These missing floor plug covers are a possible trip and injury hazard. Please replace these missing plug covers A.S.A.P. (Safety hazard concern).
