At the 4 compartment sink, the far right compartment is used for rinsing and dumping but it is next to the sanitizer basin and clean drainboard, where they could be splashed with dirty water or food debris. When dishes are being air dried they should be protected from contamination. Recommend flipping the flow of the 3 compartment sink so that the wash sink is next to the pre-rinse sink.
The slicer is dusty, it is no longer in use but is not going to be removed, stored equipment should be kept clean and protected, recommend using an equipment cover.
