PIC said cold brew had spilled onto the floor earlier that morning. Single-use articles shall be stored where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Box was moved to a shelf. The dish machine needs to be repaired so it can sanitize mugs or you need to get rid of it. THe hand sinks need to be adjusted so there is warm water, in the proper range quickly enough. I will follow up on the warm water temperature at hand sinks and the dish machine on Friday February 24.
