8. 2-301.12; Soap was not available at hand wash sink for staff to properly wash and clean hands. Staff manager left food truck and obtained soap for hand washing prior to the end of inspection. Soap must always be provided to enable proper hand washing of food service staff. 2.0
10. 6-301.11; Priority Foundation; Soap was not provided at hand wash sink. Hand wash sinks must be properly supplied with hand cleanser at all times of operation. Manager obtained soap for hand wash sink prior to the end of inspection. 1.0
22. 3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Scallops in refrigerator were 45 degrees F. The interior temp of both refrigeration units was 48 degrees F. Cold food items must be held at a temp. at or below 41 degrees F. The refrigerators should be turned on and prechilled prior to stocking for vending. The refrigerators should also be kept on the maximum cold stock temp during festival operation hours since the coolers are being opened and closed frequently. Recommend icing the fish product to keep it chilled. Manager set the coolers on a colder setting and agreed to ice the fish and seafood in the coolers. 1.5

General Comments
I'll follow up with you on Friday July 24 or sooner if you call. Be sure to remove the laser film and thoroughly clean the prep table. Clean the prep sink and repair or replace the hot water heater. Fix any water leaks you should not have to unplug the water pump. After I follow up you may call for a reinspection if you would like too.
