5-205.11; Priority Foundation; One of the handwashing sinks in the prep area had a step ladder blocking it and the lid of the salad spinner was stored on top of the basin and a magic eraser was stored at the other handwashing sink. Handwashing sinks shall only be used for handwashing and be maintained so that they are accessible at all times for employee use. CDI- Lid and magic eraser were removed and ladder moved to another area.
