During inspection, it was noted that none of the housekeeping carts were supplied with sanitizer however GM and housekeeping manager stated that they use a disinfecting cleaner for the guest room baths, toilets, and sinks. If used as directed, the disinfecting product should be sufficient to meet sanitizing requirements.
The hot water temperature ranged from 130-137 degrees F. It was turned down by engineer during the inspection. Make sure it remains between 116 & 128 degrees F.

General Comments
The ceiling paint is starting to bubble a little over the bath tub. Keep an eye on it and address if it gets worse.
