The floor drains in this bathroom should have water poured into the drains regularly by cleaning staff. When the floor drains have dried out the empty pipes provide an access/entry point for sewer gas into the bathroom. Please address. The basement area is flooding frequently during heavy rainfall. The basement is in need of a sump pump and a drainage system is needed in the adjacent earthen crawl space.
