Replace water stained ceiling tiles in the hallways, dining room, and media center after the sources of these leaks have been fixed. The auditorium is flooding frequently during heavy rainfall at the front entrance and at the lower side exit at the base of the exterior steps. Heavy rainfall runoff from the roof and parking lot should be diverted away from the auditorium building foundation. Examples: Gutters, downspouts, and downspout extensions for the roof runoff and drainage ditches or berms for runoff from the parking lot. These repairs are needed to prevent water damage and possible mold growth on the auditorium walls and floors from repeated flooding. 15.0

The wall paper in the main stairway/lobby is especially deteriorated and is peeling at the ceiling. Please repair. Repair roof leaks over the auditorium stage. Repair chipping plaster walls in the auditorium boys bathroom #103. Repair major roof leaks throughout the entire length of the top floor corridor #254 and in the media center room loft #217. The worst of the ceiling leaks are concentrated at the top of the main stairs on corridor #254 at the magnet museum area. Major ceiling leaks are also present in the cafeteria dining room in building #101. The sources of all the roof and ceiling leaks should be repaired and then the water damaged ceiling tiles should be replaced. Repair the source of ceiling leaks in the special needs class bathroom #103A and then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Replace permanently stained floor tiles also in the special needs class bathroom #103A. 30.0
8. Ceiling exhaust fans in all of the student classroom bathrooms are nonfunctional and in need of repair. The air conditioning system in the auditorium and on the top floor of the main school building was functioning inconsistently. These areas did not seem to have proper air conditioning air flow and circulation and the system should be checked and repaired. Dead cockroaches were present in light fixtures in the media center loft. (Room #217). These light fixtures should be cleaned. 20.0
