Note: Management called for approval to obtain a technician to repair the walk-in cooler. Upon leaving technician has yet to arrive, but a call was placed and estimate that the technician will come later in the day. Management has discarded all product and the walk-in cooler is empty, the walk-in freezer opens into the walk-in cooler and is now being used to cool down the walk-in cooler. The walk-in cooler is now providing an ambient air temp of 38F with this method. Management received food from partner stores and plans to continue operating.
