Husband was sick Friday night and wife was sick Saturday, neither went to the doctor, no confirmed food borne illness. Today temperature of flounder and clams ok, items stored properly. Remind employees that customers can see entire kitchen, wash hands frequently, check final cook temperatures frequently.
