Contact neighboring apartment complex and have management repair loose section of chain length fence that seperates complex swimming pool from playground. Fence must be repaired A.S.A.P. Wooden fencing, planter boxes, and playground equipment made of pressure treated lumber that predates 2005 must be coated with an oil based sealant to encapsulate arsenic used as a preservative in the wood. Sealant must be applied every two years. Record date that sealant is applied. Keep all cleaning chemicals and aerosol cans in locked cabinets, closets, or stock rooms. Keep disinfectant bottles stored at least five feet above the floor in classes and bathrooms. Guinea pig on playground must be kept in a seperate enclosed area.

Keep dry foods like cereal and crackers in sealed containers after opening product packages. Children in two year old class should brush their teeth at a lavatory that is not being used for diapering. Attach bottom of fence for neighboring apartment complex pool to bottom support wire. This will secure the base of fence and help to prevent it from being pushed through by children. Verify concentration of kitchen sanitizer is correct. Bottle provided contained disinfectant solution. All other sanitizer and disinfectant bottles provided in center were at correct concentration. Keep cups for water cooler inverted or in sealed containers in cabinet. Cap or cover rails and posts on outside wooden play equipment that is splintered. Verify that pet guinea pig has a current vet examination. Keep vet records on file. Children should wash hands immediately after handling class pets like guinea pig. An additional shielded light fixture is needed over changing table in two year old classroom. At least fifty candles of light is required at work spaces like changing table.
