Extensive flooding under 401-404 trailers so bad that tadpoles are breeding. Flooding is mosquito harborage and causing odors inside trailers. Plumber working on leak but flooding worsened by ground topography. Recommend removing excess water under trailers to determine if water leak has been fixed. Recommend addressing topography issues to divert rain water. Recommend WCPSS grounds supervisor monitor condition every 2 wks to see if any improvement. *WCPSS should consider alternatives in case current remediation attempts do not correct standing water issue. (ie. other modular brought in another area).

Water fountain leaks in rm 129 - repair. Toxic materials stored in unlocked custodial closets and kiln room. School inspected on day when no students present and when active custodial activities underway, so no immediate risk to students observed. Ensure that these rooms are kept locked when students are present. As a rule of thumb, if a container of toxic materials has any sort of warnings other than "keep out of reach of children", it should be stored in a locked closet or cabinet. Numerous items stored in restroom adjacent to utility kitchen. Recommend that only toiletry items be stored in restrooms. Rusted wire "tomato cages" stored in unlocked courtyard. Recommend that these be removed for safety. Recommend that torn vinyl mats in multipurpose room, 122, and torn vinyl couch in health room be repaired/replaced. Repair broken bench in small enclosed playground.
