Recommend using soapy water (mixed in a spray bottle) to clean the diapering surface, then bleach water (mixed to 100-200 ppm)to disinfect surface.Soil is eroding around the sidewalk near the cafeteria creating a muddy mess and a hazardous drop off the sidewalk.
