The overall lack of lighting in the girl`s locker room showers is a safety concern due to the potential of trip and fall hazards. (Repeat demerit item that was also noted on the prior facility sanitation inspection.) The metal covering of the ceiling vent ductwork in the girl`s locker room is covered in possible mold and mildew stains. This duct work should be cleaned of these stains when students and faculty are not present. The metal ductwork exterior should be repainted with a waterproof and mold resistant paint after cleaning. Dust residue was present on top of the ceiling ductwork in both the gym and the auditorium. The ceiling ducts in both the gym and auditorium require exterior cleaning.
