Multiple drinking fountains along hallways were missing the plastic push pieces to allow the water to come up. Some of the water fountains that were checked did not have adequate pressure and the mouth of students may come in contact with the mouth piece, one of the water fountains was located on the 2100 hall. All drinking fountains should have adequate pressure and be in good repair. Repeat violation.

Wall is peeling in bathroom 1020 for the girls. Push faucets in the men's handicap bathroom (6100) are not operating properly, when pushed the handles do not stay down and the water does not stay on to allow for washing both hands freely. The base of the women's handicap restroom next to 6100 could use a detailed cleaning. Replace blown lights in the girls locker room shower side as well as in the girls restroom 2120 where the lighting is very dim.

6.One step is worn in the main steps in the main building that go to the 2nd floor. Towel dispenser is broken in the boy's restroom bathroom by the gym. I recommend storing all chemicals that have warnings on them (Board cleaner and stripper(in the technology room) in locked cabinents or in cabinents shelving out of sight of the children. Mop sink in room 2102 has no warm water. Repair. Repair the leaky faucet on the mop sink on the 3rd floor.
