During inspection, it was observed that there is only one handsink in the kitchen for general handwashing and at the time of inspection, the sink was not operating properly. There are 2 distinct prep areas in the kitchen but the only handsink is on the meat prep side of the kitchen, the baking side needs a handsink. There is an unused, sinlge compartment prep sink on the baking side of the kitchen that has been approved for use as a second handsink, per EHS and Team Leader T. Jumalon.
