4-501.11; Core; Hand Washing Sink in the toilet room is Not functioning properly. Only hot water is supplied, limiting the amount of time hands can be under the hot water. Water pressure fluctuates to only one light trickle of water supplied and resonating/vibrating loud noise is produced in the pipes. Hands cannot be effectively washed in the toilet room. I personally had to go into the kitchen to effectively wash my hands. I was able to expose the pipe under the right side of the handwashing sink and turn the dial to the left to supply a trickle of cold water. Water pressure is barely existent, but the colder temperature allows me to keep my hands in the minimally supplied water. Pipes may be clogged. Extensive repair is needed to the toilet room handwashing sink.
