Today inspected Rooms #103, 106, 110, 112, 204, 210, 212, 228, 311, 312, 326...NOTE ABOUT LIDS FOR PLASTIC LINED ICE BUCKETS: Lids shall be washed, rinsed and subjected to an approved sanitizing treatment (such as 50-200 ppm chlorine). Only a food-grade type of sanitizer such as chlorine bleach or quaternary ammonium sanitizer shall be used for sanitizing lids...In breakfast area, recommend that single service coffee cups be stored in approved dispenser or kept in their original plastic sleeves with sleeves pulled up to rims of top cups on stacks (observed unprotected cups)...Also observed unprotected red and green apples near dining area. Recommend that these apples be placed under sneeze guard or individuall wrap apples to protect them from coughing/sneezing by customers.

Room 425 has paper debris on floor, and popcorn in the fold-out sleeper sofa compartment.
Facility must discontinue the preparation of potentially hazardous waffle batter, unless a Restaurant Permit is obtained from this Department [2 options that can be used to continue preparation of waffle batter are : 1.Use a waffle batter that when mixed with water creates a non-potentially hazardous product.2.Use individual packages of waffle mix that the customer prepares(mixes with water) themselves.]

Suggestion by inspector: Displayed fruit , for customer self service, that will not be peeled prior to consumption (pears,apples,grapes, etc.) need to be protected with a sneezegaurd.
