Repair this sink so that water does not continue flowing after completely turning off water at faucets...Also, when not dispensing chemicals or using this mop sink faucet, water must be turned off at faucet knobs--not at the splitter...Evaluated lodging establishment for compliance to Session Law 2013-413 (or S.L. 2013-413) regarding the installation of carbon monoxide detectors. This law requires lodging establishments to install CO detectors meeting ANSI/UL 2034 or ANSI/UL 2075 in every enclosed space having a fossil fuel burning heater, appliance, or fireplace and in any enclosed space, including a sleeping room, that shares a common wall, floor, or ceiling with an enclosed space having a fossil fuel burning heater, appliance or fireplace...The fossil fuel burning devices/appliances in the hotel include a gas fireplace, gas dryers in laundry room and gas boiler/water heaters on top 7th floor. FireAlert CO/smoke detector combination alarms appear to be positioned in correct places throughout hotel. These detectors are electrical powered with battery backup.
Hot water in room 620 is 110F, room 417 is 91F, room 518 is 108F, room 322 is 87F, room 308 is 108F. Hot water must be maintained at the handsinks in the questrooms at 116-128F.
