no points deducted.... contact maintenance person to look at the ice build-up on the pipes and throughout the walk-in freezer. ice build-up on the ceiling due to condensation. make sure unit is sealing properly, preventing moisture from building up inside. also keep foods that are to be cooked that day covered and move boxes away from any pipes to protect from condensation dropping. will report back to see if issue is resolved.
