I'll follow up on Monday, August 14. Be sure to repair or replace the chili and cheese dispenser or what ever is needed to maintain the chili and cheese at 135 degrees F or hotter. Get the sanitizer dispenser serviced and fixed so it is dispensing the QAC sanitizer in the range of 200 to 400 parts per million Quat.
