Repair major roof and ceiling leaks in the media center. (Room #1401) The leaks are present on both the upper and lower ceilings. The source of the roof and ceiling leaks should be repaired first and then the water stained ceiling tiles should be replaced. The storm water drains on the roof of the media center may need to be cleaned out due to build up around the drains. General Comments
Replace loose and worn door sweeps on the exit doors on the 1100 hall at the cafeteria dining room and on the 1400 hall at the media center entrance. The new door sweeps are needed to keep pests out of the building and to prevent storm water runoff from entering the building. School facility sanitation inspection completed.
Room 1220 and the second floor boys bathroom- There are strong urine odors, in the urinal areas. The custodians can not figure out why the strong odors persists. Please try pouring bleach water in the urinals and in the floor drains.
Room 3218- There are a lot of urine stains in the urinals. Please use some type of scrubbing method to remove stains. Urinals did not have an odor. The stains may be imbedded in the porcelain.

In most of the hallway bathrooms- students are throwing hand-towels in the toilets, in urinals or to the ceilings. In two bathrooms the hand-towel dispensers were jammed or broken. I would like to suggest hand-dryers instead of hand-towels. When there are no hand-towels students may not want to wash their hands.

In most classroom- The HVAC ceiling return vents are very dusty. The HVAC inlet vents are clean. Please clean all the return vents this summer. Ventilation must be maintained clean.
