Upstairs bar must remained closed during tattoo events. Access to upstairs restroom is for artist only during the tattoo events. Keegan McDonald with City of Raleigh Planning & Development was contacted about the city's regulations regarding tattoo events in bars via phone and email on 9/10/24 and today. He has not responded yet. This permit may be revoked or additional updates may be required by the City of Raleigh to meet their mandates.
