Store chemicals below and away from food packages and disposable cups and lids...In one storage/linen room, found boxes of disposable cups on floor. Elevate these boxes above floor using approved shelving.

Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms...In laundry room, observed large cardboard boxes of cleaning rags on floor. Elevate these boxes above the floor. Consider using non-absorbent containers for these rags instead of cardboard boxes.
