School staff are washing multiuse drinking utensils in the church kitchen for use by students. Washing utensils for repeated use by students can only be completed in a kitchen facility that is permitted and inspected by Wake County Environmental Services. Washing of drinking utensils in the church kitchen for reuse by the school students must cease immediately or an illegal food vendor violation/citation will be issued by Wake County Environmental Services. Recommend that the school switch to use of single service disposable cups or single service commercially bottled water to provide drinking water. Drinking utensils brought by students from home must only be washed at the students household.
