I adjusted the refrigerator with lunch boxes to the coldest setting today. It appeared to be holding above required temperature, and was on the "warmest" setting. Maintain a thermometer inside the refrigerator to monitor temperature.

Consider adding a second soap dispenser and also ask that when soap is refilled, the employee verifies soap is dispensing. Soap was available in the men's room at completion of the inspection.

General Comments
In the teaching kitchen, there are two different bottles of splashless and low-splash BLEACH. These are not EPA registered. They have NO listed ingredients. They are NOT labeled for use in a kitchen. Recommend using EPA registered bleach with instructions related to use in a kitchen (versus laundry or pressure washing houses) that disclose ingredients. Splashless bleach cannot be used to mix sanitizer.
