3-301.11; Priority; At the biscuit making station, employees do not wear gloves while making biscuits. One employee from that station was squeezing a tube of icing into a container, got the icing on their fingers, then wiped the excess icing that was on their barehands into the container.- food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, SINGLE-USE gloves, or dispensing equipment- CDI, the container was voluntarily discarded and the employee was educated on not to touch the icing and wipe it into the container without gloves.
