Repair loose fence and loose fence foundation stones on upper patio by the steps to the soccer field. The foundation stones that anchor this fence should be cemented or mortared into a secure and fixed position to properly brace and support the fence. Priority repairs for safety are necessary on this fence to prevent possible injuries from fall hazards. Replace broken floorboards on deck observation platform adjacent to retention pond. There are holes in areas of the deck floor with sharp splintered edges on the broken floorboards. Priority repairs for safety are required to prevent trip and fall hazards as well as cutting or puncture injuries that could be caused by the splintered and broken deck floorboards.
