.2818(c) Hand washing signs missing at the hand sinks on the older toddler`s classroom side. Handwashing signage is also not completely visible in the KPA classroom. Handwash signs shall be posted at every handwash lavatory.

.2819(d) Employee changing a diaper in the infant room did not follow procedure when removing the soiled diaper. Same employee also forgot to wash the child's hands before placing them back into the play space. Review diapering procedures with employees.

General Comments
New Permit Issued. The food prep hand sink in the infant room needs to have signage stating, "No handwashing at this sink after diapering". Remember that all medications (prescriptions and non-prescriptions), toxic substances and aerosol containers and any other products labeled "Keep out the reach of children "with additional warnings shall be stored in a locked cabinet or storage room.
