3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Sliced tomatoes, salad greens and Cole slaw were slightly above temperature. Maintain cold foods to 41 degrees F or below. CDI- Foods were chilled and placed in a deep ice bath. It was later discovered that the temperature gauge on the refrigerator was no low enough. It was readjusted and foods moved to another working refrigerator until the temperature lowered.
