Rooms listed on Transitional Permit as out of service are still out of service. Half of first floor out of service for renovation, other half of first floor also out of service for maintenance. Out of service rooms were not evaluated for condition on this inspection. Please ensure that all rooms are clean and in compliance when brought back into service. Rooms listed on Transitional Permit as being out of service require inspector confirmation of compliance before being brought into service. Please take steps to address repair and cleaning issues noted today, and continue to work on Transitional Permit repair list. Transitional Permit expiration notice issued.
