The Kings III Emergency phone will pick up after calling it on the 3rd ring. It should not pick up until you press the button. Phone was reset and working properly by end of the inspection. Permit issued.

This pool must remain closed until the local and state closure orders currently in effect as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are terminated.
No night swimming.
Pool staff and patrons are strongly encouraged to comply with the most current CDC guidance concerning social distancing related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
CPO asked if residents could use amenities on pool deck year round and EHS informed the CPO that the pool would have to have a year round permit. Memo states that to have access to the pool deck, the pool must be permitted year round and to get a year round permit would require to enclose the pool or have it heated. Copy of memo from Alice Isley dated 2/13/20 provided to CPO for corporate to decide on what they want to do.
