General comment .2409(b) Girl`s hallway #1318 bathroom hand sink faucet in bad repair. Water is shooting out and discharging at the base. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair.
*Water burn hazard - Classroom 1304`s bathroom had water temperature that measured 120F. Several sinks in the classrooms had temperatures ranging from 118F to 119F. Recommend lowering temperatures of the sinks to ensure that they don`t become a burn hazard.

General comment .2412(b) Few light bulbs in the library and cafeteria were out and not working. In hallways of the 3rd and 2nd floor, one light bulb on each floor were out and not working. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. Replace non-functional light bulbs in these areas.

.2415(b) Improper chemical storage throughout. In classrooms throughout the school there are chemicals such as multi-purpose cleaner, TB disinfectant, bleach and spill powder being stored in low cabinets. In the hallway cabinets, there are bulk storage of sanitizers and disinfectants that are unlocked and accessible to children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. Labels of these items instruct to keep out of reach of children. Keep all chemicals stored in high areas such as top shelves or locked.
*Sharp hazard - Tires in the outside playground have metal pieces that are fraying and have sharp edges.*
Rooms 2304A, 2329 and 3318, the water jets do not have adequate pressure. Please increase the water jet pressure or turn the water off to these fountains. Water fountains must have adequate jet pressure, to avoid children mouths from coming in contact with the jet guard.
