Feta at a reasonable level in top of makeline 45F, provolone at the bottom 45F and sticking out of the container at 65F, diced tomato at a reasonable level at 47F, and moderate portion of chicken at 46F. In the cabinet portion of the makeline chicken at 43F, pepperoni 45F, and salami at 41F. PIC states that the salami has been in there most of the day and the unit was having temperature issues a few months ago. Food shall be maintained 41F or less.
