Ambient temperature of walk in cooler directly at fans is registering at 51 F. Temperature control for safety foods shall be maintained at 41 F or less. Upon discovery, inspector advised PIC to contact maintenance to assess unit. PIC called maintenance, therefore facility is now awaiting arrival for repairs. Inspector assessed temperature log. Per PIC and employee the external thermometer of the walk in cooler was 37 F at around 7:05am this morning, which was recorded on the log. PIC stated that the facility has not received any deliveries today. All TCS products were moved into the walk in freezer until walk in cooler can be repaired and is maintaining at 41 F or less. Verification required. 1.5
