No night swimming. If management wishes to keep pool deck amenities accessible for residents all year, a year-round permit must be obtained and the pool must be heated. Pool staff and patrons are strongly encouraged to comply with the most current CDC and DHHS guidance concerning social distancing related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please contact the COVID Unit at 919-250-1500 with any questions regarding NC executive orders. No signature required. CPO certificates are required to be provided onsite at all times. Maintain all certificates onside-recommend keeping certificates with the pool maintenance book.

2 sets of lifesaving equipment 2 phones. Only one entry point into facility. Entry point has full time gate attendant and fully lifeguarded and also gated.

General Comments
Recommend switching screws on body hook so screw is not sticking out on hook. 2 emergency phones onsite with 2 separate numbers. New sign is on order for pool rules (current one meets rules), new sign must have "Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision" and "adults should not swim alone" - exact wording and at least 1 inch high.
