The hot water at the utensil sink and at the hand sink in the produce department is 185 degrees. That is fine but it does not have to be that hot in there. The warm water at the hand sink is required to be at least 100 degrees and you have to be able to wash at 110 degrees. We like to see at least 120 degrees and 130 degrees should be fine. You can have it as hot as you like and yours is very hot.
