4-501.114; Priority; Sanitizing solution in use had no measurable quaternary ammonium. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solutions shall measure 200-400ppm. CDI-Ecolab was called to service the feeder line. PIC was able to mix by hand a solution that measured 300 ppm. PIC will mix sanitizer by hand until Ecolab is able to service line.
